A five-day camp that empowers ladies to SPARK! the life they want to lead and to embrace their SPARK!e to help put good into the world.
All proceeds from this camp will be directed towards funding the materials and supporting volunteers.
Day Themes
Monday: S is for Spirit
Embrace each of our unique personalities.
Tuesday: P is for Possibilities
There is more than one way to see a situation. We will explore ways to shift ways of thinking.
Wednesday: A is for Awareness
We will focus on senses, emotions, yoga, breathing, body language, and concept of ideas.
Thursday: R is for Resilience
Push beyond your comfort zone.
Friday: K is for Kindness
How to experience empathy and learn ways to be kind to ourselves and others.
